Privacy policy

When you submit a project intake enquiry, we collect your name, business email, company name, and project specifications. When you apply for a role, we additionally collect your phone number, portfolio links, cover note, and résumé file. This information is used exclusively for evaluating and responding to your enquiry or application.

Form submissions are written directly to our managed database (hosted on Neon) and reviewed by KWTC staff through an internal admin panel. Résumé files and other uploaded documents are stored with Cloudinary, our file and media hosting provider. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third-party marketing entities.

We send an acknowledgement email when you submit a form, and an internal notification to our team, via our transactional email provider (Resend). These emails relate only to the enquiry or application you submitted.

We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. A session cookie is set only for authenticated staff signed in to the internal admin panel — it is never set for ordinary visitors browsing the public site.

Enquiry and application records are retained for active correspondence and deleted upon request. We employ industry-standard encryption in transit and at rest across all the services listed above.
