What you will do
Help with tokens, components and accessibility that is tested in CI rather than audited at the end. WCAG conformance is a build-time constraint, and the product, marketing site and docs share the same system.
What we expect
Figma, curiosity about design systems, and portfolio pieces that show constraints as well as visuals. Code literacy (Storybook, HTML/CSS) is a plus.
The system you help maintain is the one engineers implement.
