Data platforms that other teams depend on: ingest, modelling, and the contracts between them.
What the work looks like
Designing pipelines that expect late and duplicate data because that is what real sources produce. Modelling a warehouse other people can actually query. Setting the freshness and correctness guarantees explicitly, then monitoring them as first-class signals rather than discovering breakage through a dashboard nobody trusts.
What we expect
Deep experience with a modern warehouse and an orchestration tool, strong SQL and Python, and opinions about data contracts that you can defend. Streaming experience is valued but not required — the ability to say which problems genuinely need it matters more.
What we do not do
We do not hand over a pipeline and leave. Documentation is written for whoever inherits it, and the client's own engineers run it before we go.
