Work on the eval harness before the feature. What you will do Assist senior engineers on retrieval-augmented generation, agent recovery and ML pipeline observability. Build frozen eval sets, version prompts, and measure latency/cost per case rather than shipping a demo that only works on the example. What we expect Pursuing a degree in CS, ML or a related field, or equivalent self-directed work. Python, basic PyTorch or LangChain exposure, and the patience to make a number move before adding a new model. Mentorship from the engineer who will be on call for what you ship.
